In the case of immediate danger, call 911. If you are experiencing a crisis or seek guidance, consider a 24/7 hotline.
Important: Every community has a local domestic/sexual violence resource center. These are often termed “shelters,” but these places offer counseling and support. There are local hotlines as well. Simply search “your town/city” and “domestic violence, child abuse, sexual assault, etc.” to find your nearest options.
